Martin Pescador opened its doors in Cali’s Ciudad Jardin neighbourhood in 2018. As the name suggests, Martin Pescador specializes in seafood, but cooked in untraditional ways. Inspired by the flavours of the Pacific, you’ll find an interesting fusion of elements and cooking styles. There is ceviche with arrechon, cazuela with chontaduro sauce, and limonada de borojo. You’ll also find pasta, fish and chips, and non seafood options. With wood and wicker, cork and vibrant colour everywhere, Martin Pescador is a great option for a nicer dinner in the south, and it can accommodate large groups with reservations.
